01 / COLLECTION
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect information such as your name, contact details, delivery address, order history and information needed to confirm eligibility to purchase. We do not collect or store images of customers' identity documents.
When you contact us, we collect your messages and details needed to respond. When you browse the site, technical information such as device, browser, IP address and site activity may be collected through cookies and similar tools.
02 / PURPOSES
Why we use it
The name, address, phone number and email you provide with an order are used to process and deliver it, send essential order updates and provide related customer support. Other order information may be used to process payments, handle returns, maintain accounts, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.
Where permitted, browsing, purchase and contact information may also be used to measure or personalise advertising and marketing, as described below.

We do not publish customer names, phone numbers, email addresses or delivery addresses. We share the details needed for fulfilment with our ecommerce platform, payment providers and Australia Post; delivery providers receive the contact and address details needed to deliver a parcel.
We may also share relevant information with customer-support, analytics or marketing providers for the purposes described in this policy, or disclose it when required by law. This is limited to information relevant to the service or legal requirement.
06 / DATA LOCATION
Australian processing
Under our current arrangements, customer personal information is processed in Australia and we do not expect to disclose it to overseas recipients. If our service arrangements change, we will review and update this policy.

Keeping records
Order and customer records are held through our store systems and relevant service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access or disclosure.
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here and any applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Access or correction
